Unlike most hosts, our server technicians have actual physical access to all servers and networking equipment that we use. In the Los Angeles facility, we have multiple gigabit connections to upstream providers to ensure rock solid network stability and capacity. The server technicians have 24/7 access via keycard access. You cannot get into the building without passing security. The elevator is also key card activated too, so if the card isn't scanned, the elevator doesn’t go anywhere.
